As seen in my last outfit post - I'm a fan of stripes! It looks as if we'll be holding on to our favourite print next season and  donning our stripes come SS15.
Yes, that seems many moons away *dashes to put wolly socks on. But before we know we'll be leaving the hats, scarfs and layers behind in place of something much lighter.
The SS15 catwalks paraded stripes in every way possible. I personally love the A-line patent stripes at Louis Vuitton and the high waisted trousers at Topshop Unique.
Lets get stripe-ing!! (see what I did there).

Yes that is PVC!!

Yes, your eyes are not deceiving you that is a PVC skirt! Since the last post I've spent many evenings surfing the space we call the worldwide web for trend inspiration and I've come across lots of sixties and seventies stuff, which I love. But I'm not sure I'm ready to don a pair of flares and a silk shirt just yet. Instead I stumbled across this bargain A-Line in Primark for £3!! I know steal or what??
Starting off simple with stripes, tights and boots!
Happy Sunday peeps!

Happy New Year!!
So its time for that new year, new me stuff....come on deep down does that really work?  I'm just gonna keep the faith and be positive - as much as I can anyway. This may be difficult with a university deadline fast approaching!
Most of my outfit posts lately have consisted of lots of grey, black and navy blue (boring or classic?) so my fashion mantra for 2015 is to get more creative with my style. Here's starting with a mix of old and new - quilted florals! I'm excited to mix some colour and print into my personal style this year.
My usual style mainly consists of classic pieces with a casual twist but I'm dying to try something new. I've not always been a follower of trends but this year I would love to try out a few - maybe the 1970's thing, florals or uniforms. People watch this space!!
